If it takes commands over CAN bus it should, though the code might have to be modified

The above is all there really is to say. The LBB isn't setup to do PMW output, except some basic 0-5v, but without a load. If you wanted to design a sister board with some mosfets to drive stuff..  I guess.

If it's canbus, certainly, as long as you know the listening and transmitting addresses.
