OK, so I know there's places that'll take your eagle schematic and etch/drill/print/assemble it for you, but if you're really working on a beta version of something, what's the best way of going about printing a board?

My buddy has a plotter that can cut vinyl, I was wondering if that would work well as an etch mask... I think it would work better than the sharpie marker I got in my Radio Shack kit.. Of course you still have to drill all the holes and everything after... double sided board is available too, it would just take a bit of additional skill to get everything to line up right on both sides
