I just noticed this on a mouser product... it seems like a combination of Spice and Eagle in one neat package, and creates a mouser BOM too

I think it's a feature that's been added over the last week.. I'm seeing a number of parts with the logo on them... I think it'll be worth a try :)
I am currently downloading it... I looked at the help PDF, it looks to be the whole shebang... I think I might like this, and it *looks* a lot like eagle in the board and design layout..
Board layout even includes 3d views :O
