Waiting for LBB Reset APp

What does this error mean? when trying to connect from the app. It just hangs on this one.

I am have the same issue! Hopefully someone can jump on here and help us out.

The reset should be happening at bt connect.

If you open the box you can watch the leds  cycle at connect. If they don't there might be a problem but you'll have the button there you can physically press.
