Looking over the board pin outs I see the I/O for ADC 0-2, performance, cruise, brake, and vr speed dose the shield use any other I/O like tps to operator?

You can use a TPS as long as it's 5v dc.

The adcs are totally open and unused. You can also use the spare pin to count rpm from a square wave 5v.
