Interested in purchasing a standalone when they are available again. Looking to swap a HE351 VG onto a 2001 Ram 2500. Hopefully will have the trans built and ready for the turbo brake function

Well, I've actually moved off the farm now, thought I'd dip my foot into working full time.. yeah, that didn't go as planned, 60 hours a week every week hasn't left me much time to get set up!  I'm turning wrenches for a logging outfit, no shortage of work here for sure

Meanwhile on the H pump project there's an ECU called the DSL1 that some people are running already, might give that a try.. be a while before I get to it.. I'm so bagged after work I eat and fall right asleep

Ya I made the sketch then I made the BT app that communicates with it. The language is all there but you'll need some specifics on the arduino side to make it all come together

I'll probably order another batch sometime in November

Did you make the app connection? let me know. I would like one with the app either way.

Hoping someone can confirm whether or not my actuator might be bad.

I've built the 1.1 shield, wired everything up and uploaded the arduino code. When I apply 13.8V to the actuator, it does a sweep but this is not being commanded by lilBB.

I have a CAN sniffer on the bus and I get no messages at 250k when it is powered up. I added a second terminating resistor for the appropriate bus resistance of 60Ohms. I have confirmed correct pinning of connectors with CAN HI and LOW connected in the right place.

Can anyone confirm whether the actuator should start transmitting periodic messages after applying power? Is this what LilBB is looking for to determine when the turbo is online? It seems like it.
